BizGrid.lk has two sets of plans: one for businesses (companies, shops and firms) and one for professionals (individuals such as lawyers, electricians, doctors and tutors). Every listing starts free, and you can upgrade any time. Here’s how to decide what you need.
First: business listing or professional profile?
If customers deal with a company or shop name, create a business listing. If clients hire you personally, create a professional profile. You can have both in one account, for example a law firm listing and your own profile as an attorney. See how to create a professional profile.
Business plans
- Basic (free): business name, address and phone; map location; basic statistics (last 30 days); 1 profile photo (your logo); post articles and promotions.
- Starter (LKR 5,000 a year): social media links on your profile; whatsApp chat button; enquiry form and leads inbox.
- Business (LKR 12,000 a year): priority placement in search, category and district pages; "Verified" badge; photo gallery (up to 20 photos) and 1 video; full analytics: search words, visitor sources, competitor comparison and a monthly email report; 4 backlinks to your website(s); products & services store on your profile (up to 30 items with photos and prices).
- Premium (LKR 25,000 a year): featured on the BizGrid.lk home page; promotion on BizGrid.lk social media; lead notifications: every enquiry copied to your account email; dedicated support; 10 backlinks to your website(s); bigger products & services store (up to 100 items).
How to choose: stay on Free while you test the waters. Choose Starter if customers mostly contact you on WhatsApp or social media. Choose Business if you want to appear above free listings, show photos and a video, sell through the products & services store, and see which searches bring customers. Choose Premium if you compete in a busy category and want home page placement and a larger store.
Professional plans
- Free Profile (free), for try BizGrid.lk before you upgrade: name, profession and short bio; profile photo; phone number; listed in directory search.
- Basic Listing (LKR 3,500 a year), for junior professionals & freelancers building visibility: standard name & bio; phone & email; basic address; portfolio of up to 3 images; client reviews (read-only); standard contact form; standard directory search; profile indexed on Google; email support.
- Pro Profile (LKR 8,500 a year), for established professionals actively seeking new clients: expanded bio & qualifications; phone, email & website link; google Maps location; portfolio of up to 10 images and 1 video; reply to client reviews; direct “Book Appointment” button; ranked above Basic listings; custom SEO meta tags; monthly profile views; whatsApp support.
- Premium Partner (LKR 18,000 a year), for top-tier experts wanting maximum exposure: unlimited text & formatting; all contacts + direct WhatsApp chat; multiple branch locations; unlimited images & up to 3 videos; priority review moderation; instant email lead alerts; top-of-page “Featured” placement; backlink to your personal website; detailed dashboard (clicks, leads); dedicated account manager.
How to choose: Basic Listing puts you on Google with your email, a contact form and a small portfolio. Pro Profile is the one most working professionals need: clients can book appointments, you can show qualifications and a video, reply to reviews and rank above Basic profiles. Premium Partner suits established experts with several offices or a high volume of clients who want every lead instantly and the top spot.
How paying works
- Open Plans & billing in your dashboard and choose the listing. Checkout shows the right set of plans for it, and you can switch between plans on the same page.
- You’ll see our bank account numbers and a payment reference.
- Pay at a bank branch, a cash deposit machine or by online transfer, writing the reference in the narration.
- Upload a photo of the slip. We confirm the payment and switch on your plan, usually within one business day.
Plans last 12 months. Renewing early adds the new year after your current end date. If a plan ends, your listing stays online as a free listing and nothing you added is deleted.
